She added that a resumption of\u00a0her career is very unlikely.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe more I think about what\u2019s going on around me, the stronger my conviction about my decision to retire\u00a0becomes,\u201d the 24-year-old wrote.<\/p>\n<p>On May 2, Arimura\u00a0will make her\u00a0final public appearance as an <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tokyoreporter.com\/2015\/04\/07\/av-star-sayaka-miyabi-shines-in-thailand\/\">AV actress<\/a>\u00a0at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.loft-prj.co.jp\/schedule\/plusone\/32555\">Loft Plus One<\/a> in Tokyo\u2019s Kabukicho red-light district. She will join fellow actress Saki Hatsumi (<a href=\"http:\/\/twitter.com\/saki_hatsumi\">@saki_hatsumi<\/a>) on stage for a speaking engagement.<\/p>\n<p>Since her debut in 2010, Arimura has appeared in nearly 800 films.<\/p>\n<p>At the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tokyoreporter.com\/2015\/03\/19\/mana-sakura-tops-japans-2015-porn-awards\/\">Sky PerfecTV!
